Project Modules
The Executive MBA provides innovation and startup teams with proven methods and tools, a wide range of infrastructure and the know-how of experienced project advisors and external experts.
In the project modules of the program experienced business coaches will systematically support you in driving forward your innovation or startup project. You will learn to use prototyping techniques, develop new products and services, prepare market launches, and make your innovation, business creation or venture project a success.
As a participant of the Executive MBA in Innovation and Business Creation, you will apply all the methods and tools offered by the program to your own project. You will work under the guidance of a personal project advisor from UnternehmerTUM until the final presentation of your business plan.
You will also benefit from the use of our infrastructure, including offices, meeting rooms and a prototyping workshop for informatics, mechanics and electronics. If you are looking for opportunities to build up your own startup or establish a spin-off for your company, we can provide you with ideas and technologies from our partners in industry and sciences.
