Innovation & Startup Approach "Business Design"

Every project is different and needs individual support. We offer you one-to-one support on your journey from business concept and development to the final market launch of your project. For this we developed "Business Design" as an efficient academically proven methodology: it helps you set up your business swiftly by adopting an approach that is rooted in the world of design.

We see design as a combination of different success factors, such as customer requirements, functionality, cost-effectiveness and image. This approach helps you obtain well-grounded feedback on your business idea from users, customers and experts in the early stages of your work. It also provides significant support for the swift, goal-oriented and successful realization of your concept.

Experience Silicon Valley

A highlight of the executive program is a 10-day study visit at the University of California, Berkeley. You will learn how the venture capital industry works and what to consider when dealing with venture capitalists. Two days of startup and company visits will provide the ideal setting for practical case studies. At the end of your stay, you will pitch your project to a panel of investors and venture capitalists and gain valuable feedback for future steps.

  • Meet Silicon Valley investors and venture capitalists
  • Get in contact with local start-ups and high-tech companies
  • Learn how to pitch and present your new business successfully
