-	Work experience, leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive: What are your professional achievements? What challenges and responsibilities have you faced?
-	Creativity and performance: Which intellectual abilities, analytical skills and values will help you face future challenges?
-	Proficiency in oral and written English: The program language is English. Proficiency in English is therefore essential to communicate professionally in courses and innovation projects.
